다음은 O5 평의회의 합의를 통해 작성된 메시지이다.

우리의 존재를 모르는 이들을 위해 전한다. 우리는 SCP 재단으로 알려진 조직을 대표한다.

우리의 이전 임무는 변칙적 개체와 독립체, 그와 연관된 현상에 대한 격리와 연구에 집중되었다. 이 임무는 100년 넘도록 우리 조직의 중점이었다.

우리가 통제할 수 없는 상황에 따라, 이 지시는 변경되었다.

우리의 새 임무는 인류의 말살이다.
