사실 3할만 있는게 아니라, 공식액수만 3할임.

인프라깔기, 교육시설깔기, 재건하기 등등은 전비는 아니었죠?

루블만 3할이고, 인적자산은 한 공화국 3개정도가 군대에 끌려갔으며, 차량 3만여대, 소련 수송기준 퍼센트 단위가 아프간에 잡혀있었고, 가장 큰 문제는 유가하락이 터졌음.

참고로 이건 전비기준으로만 잡힌거고, 전비외 예산 뭐 수송, 소련내 건설을 통한 보급로/군대시설 건설 이런거 감안하면 더 나옵니다.

150억루블을 전비로만 아프간에다가 쏟아붓고( 참고: 그냥 쓰는 돈(물자가 아니라) 기준으로만 150억이다)

소련식 기준으로 모든 가용역량중 할단위가 주입되었으며, 가장 문제인 유가안정문제가 있었으요.
