참고로 이건 전비기준으로만 잡힌거고, 전비외 예산 뭐 수송, 소련내 건설을 통한 보급로/군대시설 건설 이런거 감안하면 더 나옵니다.

150억루블을 전비로만 아프간에다가 쏟아붓고( 참고: 그냥 쓰는 돈(물자가 아니라) 기준으로만 150억이다)

소련식 기준으로 모든 가용역량중 할단위가 주입되었으며, 가장 문제인 유가안정문제가 있었으요.
